Instructions
  1. Place one tablespoon chia seeds in 1/4 cup water and set aside. Pre-Heat oven to 350 Degrees. Place tart pans on a cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray and set aside.
  2. Please all Oatmeal Crust ingredients in a food processor and process for a few seconds until all ingredients are mixed well. Place 1/4 cup of oatmeal crust in each tart pan and spread and pack evenly. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden. Remove and let cool
  3. Top oatmeal crust with bananas, jelly and drizzle with peanut butter. If peanut butter is thick, place in microwave for 20-30 seconds. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and chia seeds.
