Instructions
  1. Smash avocado in a bowl with fork and mix in lime juice and salt and pepper
  2. Lightly toast sprouted bread slices and spread the smashed avocado spread evenly. Top with cucumber, radish, tomato slices and alfalfa sprouts. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, if desired.
