  1. Place all ingredients into a power blender and blend until smooth. Should have a soft ice cream consistency. Add more milk to thin out the smoothie. Top with desired toppings, mandarins, melon, golden berries, cashews and chia seeds.
  2. CHOCOLATE MESSAGE Place 1/4 chocolate chips in a plastic bag and microwave until melted. (keep an eye on it or it will burn). Cut a small hole in the corner and pipe out any message or word you would like. Allow to harden and add a special personal touch to a healthy breakfast smoothie made with love.
