Celebrate Valentine’s Day with these cute and sweet Chambord Sugar Hearts. I made these with Chambord which is a sweet French black raspberry liquor with a very distinct flavor. Its unique flavor is the key ingredient in a French Martini and it gives it a flavor that cannot be substituted. In my opinion, anyway. However, these sugar hearts can be made without Chambord, no need to go out and buy a bottle just for this. I happened to have a bottle around and I am using it for other recipes that I will be sharing soon. The flavor so mild in the sugar hearts that it won’t make a difference. You can substitute pomegranate or cranberry juice to make it non-alcoholic. I made these more for fun and their vibrant unique color more than the flavor, its basically just sugar, but prettier.
