  1. Bring one cup water to boil and immediately remove from heat. Add dried blue butterfly flowers and steep for 10-15 minutes.

  1. Bring blue butterfly pea tea to boil and add sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool.
Blue Butterfly Pea Tea Chia Fresca
  1. Add chia seeds, lemon juice and simple syrup to 16oz of water. Mix well and you are ready to enjoy. You can add more simple syrup to the water to sweeten it more. It will also be darker in color.
