  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy. Scrape sides if needed.
Shishito Peppers
  1. Heat a cast iron pan. Toss peppers in olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place peppers in a hot pan and rotate until peppers blister. Remove and chop.
  2. Toast and slice Naan bread. Place hummus in a bowl and top with chopped shishito peppers, toasted sesame seeds and lemon zest.
